1. About this service

Felxhus ("the app") is a content publishing tool operated by Fernando Mejorado Tinoco, the artist known as Felxhus. It is used to upload, schedule and publish video content to social media accounts, including TikTok, Instagram and YouTube. The app runs at postiz.felxhus.com.

2. Who can use it

The app is available only to accounts authorized by the operator. To use it you must connect a social media account that you own or are authorized to manage, and you must comply with the terms and community guidelines of each platform you publish to.

3. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you upload. You are responsible for that content and for making sure you have the rights to publish it, including any music, footage or images it contains. The app only publishes content when you instruct it to.

4. Connected accounts

When you connect a social media account, you authorize the app to publish content to that account on your behalf, within the permissions you approve. You can remove this authorization at any time, either in the app or in the settings of the platform itself.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use the app to publish content that is illegal, infringes the rights of others, or violates the rules of the platform it is published to. You may not use it to send spam or to interfere with any platform's systems.

6. Availability

The app is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. It may be changed, interrupted or discontinued at any time. The operator is not responsible for content that fails to publish, or for actions taken by third-party platforms on connected accounts.

7. Changes to these terms

These terms may be updated. The date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed.
